The Navy Ninja Team is a structured team - our challenges are detailed below.
►Wednesday and/or Thursday - TNT (Tighten & Tone)
►Friday thru Monday - WEC (Weekend Challenge)
►Monday or Tuesday - LCW (Last Chance Workout)
All Ninjas also participate in an ongoing Nutrition Challenge - you set your own goals and report the results. All Ninjas keep track of their fitness minutes and posting days. We make our trackers visible to everyone.
NAVY NINJA PROFILE
Join the NAVY NINJA dojo if you are committed to doing what it takes to lose weight and be healthy! As a Ninja, you will be held ACCOUNTABLE. We are a competitive group and expect you to PARTICIPATE in all Challenges, COMMUNICATE regularly with your teammates, TRACK your food & exercise.
We will focus on good nutrition as well as reasonable exercise.

1) Post on our team thread often….
The posting rule in BLC states that we must post at least 3 times on 3 separate days every week; however, Ninjas tend to post between 5 and 7 days each week. We have found that the more you visit us, the more likely you are to feel connected and not end up as a floater.
►We expect you to post often.
►We expect you to respond to at least one person every time you post.
►We do not expect you to read or respond to every single post.
2) Track your Nutrition and Fitness...
► You may use the SparksPeople Tracker, Weight Watchers, pen and paper....Whatever works for you. BUT....You Must Track! If you are tracking in SparkPeople, please make your trackers visible to your teammates!
► We’ll expect you to post your fitness minutes weekly.
► A separate Nutrition Challenge tracker is used and you will post your score from that on the Ninja Tracking Spreadsheet.
3) Weigh-in weekly on time…
► You will record your weight in the appropriate column every week on the Ninjas Tracking Spreadsheet.
4) Participate in challenges…
► We usually have 2-3 challenges every week.
► We expect you to participate in every challenge every week.
► We expect you to sign up for the 12 Week Streak.
► We do not expect perfection!!! We DO expect PARTICIPATION!
►►► Yes, we say Participation, not Perfection but that doesn't mean that consistently doing a little bit of each challenge just to be able to say you participated will be okay. And that doesn’t mean that WE won’t be aiming for Perfection! If you want results, you need to work for it! That's what a challenge is all about!
