As a Ninja, we expect you to Participate in all challenges, Communicate regularly with your teammates, Work on achieving your goals and Not Give Up. We will be focusing on reasonable exercise, as well as good nutrition. In a typical BLC round, the Navy Ninja Team Challenge will consist of the following: 1. BLC Challenge Goals and Weekly Goals. Choose your 12-week Challenge Goals and then set smaller Weekly Goals that will serve as building blocks to help you achieve your Challenge Goals. Goals can be either nutrition, fitness or self-care oriented - or a combination of all three 2. Weekly Challenges (WLC): generally any 4 days from Wednesday through Tuesday 3. Special Challenges. These will be announced on the Team Thread at various times throughout the 12 weeks 4. Weekly Reflection 5. Interaction/Engagement with teammates on a regular basis. This may include reviewing and discussing weekly goals; Sharing strategies; 'Laughing' at jokes; Sharing pictures such as where you went for a walk or your funny pet co-worker of the day; or supporting successes and stumbles of your Ninja Teammates. We are all in this together and together we will succeed! Experience has proven that participation and determination WILL get results! |
